How the Shrike app handles your data.
Last updated 18 October 2026
Shrike does not collect, store, or share any of your data, and it does not track you. There are no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party code in the app. Every image and video you open is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded anywhere.
If iCloud Keychain is turned on, your custom redaction rules sync between your devices through it. This sync is end-to-end encrypted by Apple, so the developer cannot read your rules.
If you email support, the developer receives your email address and whatever you include in your message. They are used only to reply to you.
Apple may share crash reports and usage data with the developer, but only if you have opted in to sharing them in your device's settings. This data is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy.
Any changes to this policy will be published on this page. For questions about privacy, write to shrike@eigenein.dev.
